Update 3/24/20: By order of the governor, we are closing our office for all elective (non-emergency) dental treatments until May 18th. We are still permitted to treat patients with an emergency. If you are experiencing an emergency with urgent pain or swelling, please call our office at 360.213.1999.
If you have a general question regarding appointments, billing questions, or general questions, please give us a call and press 1 to leave a message in our general mailbox. Please include your name, phone number, and the reason for your call. After March 24th we will check messages periodically and will return your call as we are able.
Update 3/18/20: At Padden Dental our main goal has always been to protect the health of our patients, our team, and our community. In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, and in line with recommendations from the ADA and CDC, we’re closing the office for all elective (non-emergency) dental treatments effective today, March 18th, until April 6th, 2020.
Over the next four business days (March 19th, 20th, 23rd, and 24th), we will have a team member in the office from 8am-2pm to answer questions about appointments, treatment needs, or billing questions. Outside of those hours please leave a message. We will check the messages every day and respond to your calls as soon as we can. If you have a scheduled appointment during this time you will be contacted by one of our team members as soon as we are open again. If there is any change in the dates of our closure we will notify you. Here are some more details you should know:
- If you have a dental emergency, please contact us at 360.213.1999 and one of our team members will respond to you. Throughout this time, Dr. Dahlen will be on call and ready to take care of you.
- If you have essential ongoing treatment with us, we will keep you on the schedule or re-appoint your treatment as needed. We will be reaching out to each of you individually as soon as we are open again.
We wish you all good health. Please know that we will get through this together!
As Clark County and other communities around the state become affected by the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we want to take a moment to assure our patients that Padden Dental has always practiced with the highest level of patient safety and sterilization protocol. We are continuing to monitor things closely and are working to keep you and our employees safe. This has been and always will be our top priority.
As you may know, COVID-19 is a virus that causes mild to moderate upper respiratory symptoms similar to the common cold. Symptoms can include a fever, coughing, and shortness of breath. As of now, 98% of people worldwide have recovered after contracting the virus.
Everyone on staff at Padden Dental is healthy! Our entire team follows strict standards of care before, during, and after each patient appointment. Our office is also cleaned nightly, which includes a thorough wipe down of all surfaces.
Please be assured that we are doing all that we can to keep everyone healthy. We ask that if you or anyone in your family or workplace is running a fever or not feeling well, please call us and let us know you are staying home. We can easily reschedule your appointment when you’re feeling better.
